How to Pay

Available payment methods are displayed securely during Shopify checkout and can vary by destination, currency, and store configuration. Use only the payment instructions shown at checkout or in the official order confirmation.

Completing payment

1. Add the required research products to the cart and review quantities and variants.
2. Proceed to the secure checkout and enter the requested billing and delivery details.
3. Select one of the payment methods presented for the order.
4. Review the final currency, tax, shipping, and total before confirming payment.

Order status guide

• Pending: The order has been received but payment or review is not yet complete.
• Processing: Payment has been confirmed and the order is being prepared.
• Fulfilled or shipped: The order has left the facility; tracking is shown in the shipping confirmation when available.
• Cancelled or refunded: The order will not be fulfilled, or the documented refund process has begun.

If a checkout option is unavailable or an order status needs clarification, use the ClinoPep contact form and include the order number. Do not send card details or account passwords through the contact form.
