How the estimates are calculated

Concentration: vial amount (mg) ÷ liquid volume (mL).

Sample volume: entered target (mcg) ÷ 1,000 ÷ concentration (mg/mL).

U-100 scale equivalent: sample volume (mL) × 100. This is a mathematical scale conversion, not an administration instruction.

Theoretical samples: total vial amount (mcg) ÷ entered target (mcg).
